Frequently Asked Questions

What does KYC verification cover?
KYC verifies the human operator behind the agents — not the agents themselves. One verification covers all agents under your account. We use government ID + liveness check via Stripe Identity.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed API limits?
Requests beyond your monthly limit return 429. No surprise charges. Upgrade to increase your limit, or contact us for custom volume pricing.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
No trials. The Free tier lets you evaluate the platform fully. Pro adds volume and analytics.
What is ownership verification?
Proving you actually control the agent you registered. Three methods: OAuth (connect your platform account), Callback (your agent calls our API with a challenge token), or Embed (place a verification string in your agent config). Available on all paid tiers.
